Stephen Renwick
Stephen is a former tennis professional who now works in sport and exercise psychology. After studying for his MSc Applied Sport and Exercise Psychology, BSc (Hons) Psychology and training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), ACT Immersion Training (With Steven Hayes) where Stephen now uses his psychological skills and knowledge to help others reach their full potential. Stephen has written four books and has coached many highly successful individuals to improve their performance.

Professional boxing, womens premier league football, professional PSA squash, artistic gymnastics, professional kickboxing, professional & semi-professional tennis, cycling, swimming, professional athletics, horse riding, snooker and professional darts (all sports & standards welcome).
Sports psychology
Stephen studied for his MSc Sport and Exercise Psychology at Staffordshire University and his BSc (Hons) Psychology at the Open University. Stephen is a probationary sport and exercise scientist (specialising in psychology). Stephen aims to help athletes, business people and individuals reach their full potential in life. Stephen has additional professional Acceptance & Commitment Therapy extensive training.
Entrepreneur
After appearing on Dragons Den with his first book tennis is mental, Stephen has embarked on several businesses and grown these from scratch to become very successful. Stephen especially likes coaching people just starting out in business or with under performing employees. Stephen's main passion is sports psychology, where he has worked with both amateur and professional athletes from many different domains.
Sports person
Stephen has competed in tennis at ITF level, gaining a ranking of top 800 singles and top 300 doubles seniors. Stephen enjoys martial arts and working out in HIIT classes. He is passionate about sport and helping people to become the best they can be, along with living a fulfilled and happy life. Stephen used a sports psychologist himself to help improve his performance in tennis and achieve a world ranking.
Cancellation Rights
Under this policy, you may cancel your purchase of the course within the period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the contract of purchase is concluded.
